Nzshutter's Fotothing

The Rally of Otago is taking place over this weekend and I went out to see what the action was going to create photowise. Here is a series of shots I took of cars racing in Special Stage 5, which was within walking distance from my home. There were 97 cars taking part but not all got to the stage that I was watching. And this was on the first day.

This is a local Dunedin girl - Emma Gilmour. At the moment she is running 3rd in the rally.

At the end of the rally Emma lost her 3rd placing to another driver but still came a creditable 4th. Well done Emma.
