This is the type of healthy snacks I eat now after the surgery. The cashew nuts are something that is reccomended in moderation for snacking on as well as almonds, and the carrot sticks, well they are something that is highly pushed as great snacks. The carrots taste all the sweeter when you know they come from your own garden. :-)

i like cashew nuts a lot, my favorites after hazelnuts....and carrots good for your eyes....great snacks :)
