is this a river?

No its a small lake it measures approx 3/4 miles across and 3 miles long. It has other lakes flowing into it and it then flows onward, eventually into streams and other lakes. You cannot get access to this lake unless your a land owner, therefore it makes it unacessable to the public.It is quiet and quite beautiful.
