Why Shaylans had to undergo operation to the backbone?

Her spine was curving due to her cerebral palsy and compromised one of her lungs. The surgery was done to awoid respiratory problems and also the help her sit better.

I love her, like I say before... true inspiration.... i see people who have nothing to really concern them in life and they could never be as happy and smile so fuul of life like she does... shameful

As someone who hasn´t had his health (so to speak) for the last 20 years (since I was 20 years old), I have nothing but good wishes for her.
