Pork "choriços" being grilled over inflamed alcohol. Great with home made bread and red rich wine!!!!

Choriço is a trip skin (now they are sintetic ;)) which is filled with pork (or other kind of meat) with lots of different seasonings, which is then closed and will hang over a fireplace (or special industrial one) to be smoked! (In Portugal there are thousands of different kinds of choriços)
