Interesting theme...but I didn't seek out the oldest building in my area...I am however posting an old church building that holds a lot of precious childhood memories....my sister and I stood there looking at the little ole church we attended as children and boy the sweet memories that surrounded us....could almost hear Aunt Maggie singing "The Great Speckled Bird" and Preacher Powell singing "There is Power in the Blood" and of course the beautiful words of "Amazing Grace" and the tears that flowed on hearing "The Old Rugged Cross" so although my little childhood church isn't the oldest building...it was built upon THE ROCK that is : ))
