thanks PhotoPro....my son has always picked out what's best for me in cameras, but this time, I picked out my own and was afraid he wouldn't approve my choice, but he said I did very well : ))

thank you Seraphael...I tried it out today with the horses and was not impressed with point and shoot....so I will have to learn more about proper settings : ((
