in the early morning (with flash, sorry) there was a little baby squirrel saying goodmorning to me: he was desperately sitting at my frontdoor, because his mother was wounded....he was trying to accept me as his "mom", trying to get inside the house (here through the window of my kitchen), trying to climb in me....I think a squirrel doesn't have to be in the house... I got my cam and so I can show that baby squirrel now..... he was so cute, I hope he will survive....I am afraid not....what can you do, how to help a baby squirrel?...

great natural shot - the other day as I was going out the door of my flat a bird of prey - kestrel, kite, dont know what sort - had a pigeon pinned against the glass. I was able to frighten the attacker away but the poor pigeon was in a bad way. The look in the eye of the attacker was pure hatred for having his meal disturbed. No need to watch nature on the telly anymore, its all happening on our doorstep.
