From the valley looking up to the mountain you don't realize there are higher peaks behind; it took about 15 minutes to ascend 10,000 feet; in this photo we are almost to the landing platform.
A little while later we saw one of the workers standing on top of one on the way down. Really??
The tram has only been built about 40 years ago by a Swiss designer... more info...
