On the way up to the mountain we passed Mayfield Lake in Lewis County, Washington. In the summer it's filled with water craft of every kind, but on a cool, cloudy October day there was nothing to see but the glassy surface as we crossed the bridge.

This really is a great image, the arrow shape created by the reflection leading the eye from left to right as you look at it, the forground detail for scale and the motion blur giving the image another dimension.
