Larrybenedict's Fotothing

I don't remember exactly, but I think it was about two years ago that I got out of bed one morning at 4AM to drive down to the coast and watch the sunrise over Apalachacola, Florida. The previous photo and this one are two of the photos of the less than spectacular sunrise that morning. In this photo, a wooden fisherman carved out of an old tree many, many years ago....now proped up with a couple of stakes and freshly painted a year or more previous to this photo.
Breakfast at the "Gibson Inn" later was worth the trip. Scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage gravy on a biscuit and a cup of coffee better'n anything Starbucks has ever come up with! Breakfast so good, I almost had to lie down to eat it! Pass the orange juice...Florida orange juice, that is!!!
