Thanks Sini. ...as this fractal was generating, I was reminded of your, and your sister's, 'frost' photos this year.....the reason for the title "winter."
Thank you sweet Suzanne. No, I've never heard 'the lights' referred to as 'dance of the spirits.' Perhaps electromagnetic fields are dancing spirits! I suppose you see the Northern Lights fairly often in Sweden?
DIVINAS FORMAS, DIVINOS COLORES ....
todo este trabajo nos lleva a la sugestión de que fue lo que el artista quizo expresar. Eso justamente es lo mas maravilloso de todo.
Felictaciones Larry
(con que software, haces estas maravillas?)

Thanks for the nice comment Mirka. The software is fun at times. A selection of predetermined formulas intersect with other predetermined formulas in unpredictable ways. There is a lot of trial and error involved until one finds something worth sharing.
A creative person like yourself could probably come up with some pretty interesting designs for your glass projects.
I don't know if I'd be good at it.
I'm not good at using computer for graphical designs... even if I work with computers... or maybe because...
I've seen most of it coming, from the first raytracing programs, working on fractal programs with my computer programmer friend. It was neat to see how he'd write some formulas and then plotted an amazing fractal on the screen. Nothing to compare with what you can do now, but it was even more fascinating for me.
I had some special stained glass design program that everybody recomended and only got frustrated with it, still prefer a piece of paper and pencil.
But you're right, the possibilities are great.
Maybe if I change profession and use computers for pleasure only I'll find the will to learn how to use it ;)
