Back in the Spring, my grandson planted some Morning Glory seeds that I thought would never "come up" because of my own experience with said seeds. His thumb must be greener than mine! The name of this one is "Grandpa Ott." The tree it is climbing is a 'Water Oak.' There are freshly opened flowers every morning that fade as the day wears on. This one is not in "prime" condition as the photo was taken in early afternoon, but still...not as old as Grandpa Ott.
