Packed Up--At the last minute we decided to take off-- We just had the pasture and property sprayed for weeds and could not be on the grass for a week. We took Butch over to my girlfriend Linda's house for that. Then David decided to take a week off work. He couldn't get in the yard or gardens to work, so I said--why don't we go to Mount Rushmore? I asked Linda if she could watch Butch a little longer so we could go, and off we went!
We decided we were not going to eat any meals in restaurants except for having a malt and onion rings at Wall Drug. We took a cooler full of food. Teriyaki drumsticks and thighs, pre-cooked hamburgers, and peanut butter and banana sandwiches! We ate good!
