Katdes4's Fotothing

This was a scanned photo of my little brother, circa 1974; very poor condition. I eliminated the dings and scratches as best I could, then eliminated some strangers in the photo with the background layer. I tried to draw more attention to his expression by adding more color to his eyes...but was not satisfied-- how else could I have done this?
