A couple of days ago, I went out for a little "drive & photo" (?) ;-) with my good friend Ander (as he is known here on fotothing).
The weather was quite nice. The sun was shining, -blue skies and there were some picturesque clouds in the background.

I took the first two shots down by the seaside, a short distance from the harbour. The sculpture is called "Suncraft". (Well, that´s the literal translation anyway. I´m not sure if it´s actually called that in english).
There were also some tourists down there, taking pictures. (After all, although it was not very warm, the weather looked rather nice) :-)

When we drove on to the harbour, we saw that the danish coast guard ship "Hvidbjörnen" (The Polar Bear) was visiting, and the Westland Augusta Lynx helicopter that they carry aboard was about to take off.
So naturally (being flight nuts, the both of us) ;-) we scambled out of the car to take pictures (parking up on a sort of a sidewalk, if I remember correctly) :-D
(This was only 3 minutes after the "Suncraft" pictures).
The Lynx headed out to sea (we wondered if it was taking part in some exercise with the Icelandic coast guard), -but less 10 minutes later, the weather turned very abruptly!
