Well, well, well my dearies :-D I bought myself a scanner today.
(Canon CanoScan 8800F - can scan film (also 120 format) and slides too)! Yi-haa! :-D
So this was my very first try with the scanner (wich will have to be redone when I have learnt all the settings etc.).
This, my dearies ;-) is me....yours truly...and my mother. My dad took this rather wonderful shot when I was 3 days shy of being 1 years old! :-)
(And therefore it was also Icelandīs national day) (Independence day).
Is this cute or what? ;-D

-Yes, they certainly are! Iīve wanted one for a long time, really, but somehow never got around to buying one, as I was too worried about getting a *really* good one that could scan my maaany slides. (With good results). I even considered getting a specialized slide scanner at one time.
But now I had this ...um...
(ehh.....I had returned a video recorder to the store almost one year ago, and I had this document that said that they owed me 13.900 kronurs.
- I donīt know what itīs called, but you get it, right?)
Anyway, it was about to become invalid, so the other weekend I just went and bought the best scanner they had. And I only had to pay 95 kronurs (about a dollarīs worth) :-)
(Itīs a Canon CanoScan 8800F, - wich you probably wonīt be wanting to know) ;-D

this is the best shot I have seen on FT - because I see your mom in her studio - and I see you - is just amazing - I like your cute smile.now try to get another shot with your mom 3 days before your next birth day. that is called history.
