Karlbark's Fotothing

MERRY CHRISTMAS ALL! :-)

-Wow, I haven´t been in here in a looong time!
But I thought I´d put in something seasonal, at least! :-)
-I´m not at home, so I only have access to a very few of my pictures, but here´s an interesting one (I think)!. (And it goes well with season´s greetings) :-D

-My mother´s late husband was a pilot & captain for Icelandair from 1966 and in those days they sometimes flew to Greenland with these ski equipped Douglas DC-3 -s and landed on the sea-ice!

This instance, he was handed a quality camera and told to take some pictures. "If it´s sunny, just use this setting. If it´s cloudy use that setting". Those were the basic instructions he got! :-D
-One of the pictures was printed on a well selling postcard (by Sólarfilma).

I recently found the film and scanned it,
(minus the one postcard picture :-( The company Sólarfilma has that one, I guess). This is just a quick, first scan. I´m sure I can do better! (And get rid of the dust, etc.)
