Yeah, I was at Wellington last night, and from Murray Bridge to Wellington compaired to before the rain... It's all green! Looks great! I bet the dairy farmers are liking it.
but the murray is still struggling. It was flowing up stream this morning
Yeah. I haven't been out that way for a few weeks. Was delivering rams down that way and crossed at Wellington. V dry! Our Dam dried up a good few months ago. I could tell without checking when it dried right up as the horses no longer had mud on their legs from playing in the mud!
The rain has a few green bits popping their heads out.

Yeah. another step by the government to screw up our environment! They do say that this year is going to be the wettest in 50 years or some bollocks. I'd just like my dam to overflow for once!

it just seems like a ploy from Rann to make it look like he's doing something. A waste of money and resources! Not to mention the effect it will have on the river system!
