WOnderfull level 3 water and photo, but why only y can water on Sunday nights.

Thank you candle,
We are having level 3 water restrictions and this means we are only aloud by law to water our gardens ONLY on Sunday nights between the hours of. 5am - 8am and 8pm - 12pm
we can only water at night because there is less water evaporation.
