no, he didn't see me. there are always lots of people and i shoot fast with my 18-250mm tele zoom lens. street or market is usually where i get my portraits. and i am not alone. there are cameras on every intersection, taking constant pictures of all vehicles and people. since i am always outside, i bet there are thousands of pictures of me. plus all the ones that people take of me in the beach sunbathing :-)))
You are picking on me Günter :-) The City of Tallahassee uses traffic cameras, but so far, none in my town. I've been watching a television show (on Netflix) where there are cameras everywhere (with face recognition) spying on everyone...a view into the future of law enforcement perhaps. From what I understand, the city of London has cameras everywhere. I'm sure they come in handy for law enforcement officers. Beihai may be ahead of the curve!
technically ahead, yes, but it doesn't stop pedestrians to cross on red. but everybody that drives registered vehicles has a surprise by the next due registration. tickets for every violation. (electric bikes are exempt, because they need no registration)
