I am curious why you call this a party boat Jon. Where does the boat go and why. In Florida, most "party boats" travel out from land 3 miles where gambling is allowed without a license.
I see two people dancing in your photo, so I am guessing there is music? Is this also a sight seeing tour? Only three people in the photo seem to be 'seeing the sights.'
