Our holiday trip
Day 14
Toronto

11/15

We took it very easy this day.
After shopping, our family treated us to an icre cream at Dutch Dreams in Toronto.

Located just north of St. Clair Avenue, Dutch Dreams has been a Toronto landmark for almost 20 years, offering a wide selection of decadent sundaes, desserts, delicious Dutch candies and cookies. Baked Alaska and flam bee’s are made to order and garnished with the highest quality toppings. With more than 50 flavors of ice cream and hundreds of frozen yogurt fruit combinations available deciding what to order can be difficult.
Dutch Dreams has by far the best ice cream and frozen Yogurt in Toronto. I couldn't believe my eyes when I stepped into the place. The atmosphere alone is something to see. It's like you've stepped out of reality, and onto a movie set. It is easily one of the most garish and tacky interiors I have ever visited, yet for this place it works. At Dutch Dreams everything is huge and laced with fresh fruits, whipped cream, sprinkles and lots of other toppings.
Of course certain people cannot handle an adult size icrecream, and order the smaller versions:)
I choose the “Dutch Pancake” ice cream. A freshly baked pancake, the size of a dinner plate, 5 scoops of assorted flavors ice cream, topped with fresh fruit, whipping cream and chocolate sauce. Yes, I ate the whole thing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
