My 2008 trip to Holland

AMSTERDAM
The inner city of Amsterdam has very little vacancies for residential accomodations. It is therefore that you'll find a large number of houseboats moored in the canals. The number of houseboats can be divided by legally and illegally moored boats. The legally moored ones are easily identifiable, they have electricity and water supplies hooked up to the boat. Illegally moored boats are refused such hook-ups.

I have tried to portray some aspects of this wonderful city that are not shown in the day to day tourist photo's or publication scenes of the City of Amsterdam
