Day 18

Today we are starting our journey home. We are taking the high speed car ferry across Lake Michigan.
The ferry will bring us across the lake from Muskegon to Milwaukee in 2 1/2 hours.

We are now about 5 miles out on Lake Michigan, the US Coast Guard escort has left us and it is full speed ahead, at a speed of 40 miles an hour.
