A little drive along the Red River in Manitoba, Canada.
The river is causing flooding in Selkirk, north of Winnipeg, as a result of a 12 kilometer long ice jam in the river.
Although the temperature in the wind was -8C, the actual temperature was 1C. The sun was shining and caused a little run-off.
