Hi Lar - yes she's a Palomino / Arabian cross. The Arabian gives her the lovely dainty face...she's just a dolly. ;-)

Thank you for that comment Jenny. I didn't notice the difference in her face until you made mention of it, and you are absolutely right, the southwestern USA look is more refined in this beauty.
