we use to eat them that way too, monica !!!!

but this one is not " normal " sunflower ... no seeds ... it's just for decoration ...
it is even higher than normal sunflower, but the flowers are smaller ...
and there are a few varieties of the colors ... light yellow, warm yellow, orange, brown and even red !!!
did you understand my " story " ? :-)

i love sunflower seeds i can eat them till my cheaks are raw , beautiful flower :)
