Back in 1997 a mate and I made a mad dash from London to Monaco to catch the Classics Grand Prix that runs the weekend before the F1 weekend. We'd been driving since the previous afternoon, and were avoiding the Autoroutes (because they're expensive and boring). My passenger was asleep and I was starting to wonder how much further we had to go............seeing this basically hit home that we weren't far away ;-)))))))))
