I have a lot of time for the Baha'i faith, but admit I don't know a great deal about it; except for things such as men & women being equal in all respects and they don't accept donations from people unless they themselves are Baha'i. This 7-sided temple sits atop a ridge just inland of the Northern Beaches in Sydney and is visible from many obsure places. As a small child growing up further inland, spotting this used to signify that we were nearly at the beach. It's appearance through the windscreen was usually preceded with ".......here comes.........here comes!..........HERE COMES!!............THE BOOT!!!!!!". I have no idea why we thought it looked like a boot! ;-)
