Me too. So much has gone already. I have a T-shirt that says “拆那?” It is pronounced "China." The charater, 拆, chai is painted on building to be torn down and replaced. The character "那", or "na" means where. So 拆那?is to make the point China has been marked 拆 and ask where did it go. I sometimes watermark my photos"拆那 Photos"
Nonsense, studied Chinese at UCLA in 85 and 86, married a Hong Konger in 86 and forgot most of it. But I amj trying to learn again, can use a dictionary, and have the software. I only know about 100 characters to read. No Chinese can read the characters I write. Few understand what I try to say. :)
If I had the subjects to photo like you do, I am sure I would know zero Chinese.
