This is intriguing............. apparently this year Cambridge University is celebrating its 800th anniversary! That's a long time! I wonder if these are anything to do with that? Strange items, made of paper.
After I took the photo I think it was a publicity stunt for something. But it was effective and the boats lasted a couple of hours while we were there.
