I went to Birmingham museum last November and fell in love with interior. What I like about this picture is the door frame. See how it has been cut on both sides and top. It is a magnificent municipal building. I want to go back!! Plus it has a huge collection of paintings and art.
Wonderful bit of humour here, with the picture frame around the door....I wonder just how many of the people who have passed throught it will have made the connection? I think FT folk are possibly more attuned to looking for these little gems...well, you are, anyway!!
