Hyper's Fotothing

I 'think' I've tried to grow this plant in my house, but alas I have a black thumb when it comes to them! ~laughing~ I've never seen them grown outside. Now I could be thinking of another plant, but these leaves sure look familiar.

firstly let me explation what is this.it calls black cabbage in here.Basically it both grows here and outside.it's not a rose..it's a unfamiliar plant most of people..it look like a little bruksel cabbage.
