Clip the built-in wire from the fence charger's positively charged fence terminal to the wire netting. Pound a 6-foot galvanized grounding rod into the ground within a few feet of the fence energizer. Clip the built-in wire from the charger's negatively charged ground terminal to a grounding rod. Turn on the fence energizer.
