During our stay at Skeiding Guesthouse ( Heidelberg SA ) we where invited to take a look at the neighbors farm ...hard to imagine your neighbor lives 5 kms away ! ... this house was build in 1760 and was used as Stagecoach station half way Swellendam and Heidelberg near the crossing at the Slangrivier .."Snakeriver" ... here they changed the horses for fresh ones and continue of the journey !!
