this month its fortress month ... many forts of the Dutch waterlinie and defence line of amsterdam are open for public !
my interrest is the defence works of Amsterdam mostly ...but sometimes we make a visit to other forts ..like last year fort Nieuwe Steeg ... a fantastic fort in the south of Holland !!
2/9 this is a large fort and somuch different then the forts arround Amsterdam !!
