this is a gorgeous image. i love it in color - the blue sky attracted me to the image. i love the depth of field using the plants in the foreground and the row of trees. wonderful composition.the light and shadow on the smooth snow in the open area is gorgeous. perfect.

Beautiful pictures Hans! I also like B&W this is also very good for this frozen world now.
But if you look this coloured frozen landscape, yo can feel also the any warm. And the blue of the sky is the best backgroud for all pictures! Wonderful warm shadows are on the snow!

different light effects make for a cool view

Mooie Foto zeg, hoop volgende week in Oostenrijk ook dit soort foto's te kunnen maken. ;-))

Both are fine but I like this version even better... Warm light here makes this image very pleasing to the eye... ;-)
