You are right, it should just be the contrary !! Moreover we have sometimes even a kind of ice age period like in February 2012 !! ;~(

This is an interesting concept !!! I have to consider a proposal to the European Parliament to set out : three summer / years and winter only from 6. XII to 31 XII ;-))
