Honey...I mean Duncan....It snows in the desert. Petra, the ancient city in Jordan, was covered with snow when I went there in 1992.

Anyway, Iran has some of the best skying in the area. It was the place to go for your winter holiday during the Shah's time. Maybe still is....is it?
