Glassica's Fotothing

This is kind of scary...
I worked on a portrait for this friday theme, but i was not satiesfied...
I tried different things in Photoshop but no... then i tried a filter, i don´t know what it is called in english but it is a kind of glow.
Suddenly this heart in my forehead showed up... i have not putted it there, it showed up when i changed a little with that filter.... perfectly placed on exactly the spot for the "3:d eye"....
Can somebody explain this???
