Does he talk? I love cockatiels and have 4 but sadly do not have enough hours in the day to spend more time with them. At least they are in an large outside avary so plenty of room to do there thing

Unfortunately, no. I've had them for over 11 years, but Palomar tries to say his name, and they'll whistle the Andy Griffith show theme song.
