Yep, it's very new. In fact, it hasn't even opened yet. I was able to take the photos through the fence, and over the fence. I plan to get some closer photos after they open the memorial to the public. If you look at the left side, you'll see the fence that surrounds the entire exhibit, but it's low enought to photograph. It's still an excellent and touching study.
