Made a couple jars of stoneground mustard this week. The mustard seeds and peppercorns, along with various other herbs, soaked in white wine and water for a few days, and this morning I whirred it up with my stick blender, simmered it stovetop in a double boiler, and it's finally jarred and cooling on the countertop. | |
