Here is a picture taken shortly after my last 2 pics ... I will admit that my battery ran out on my camera shortly before this was taken, so I had to rely on a very close friend to take this for me ..thank you ;-)
We where lucky enough to choose the very day they where filming in Old Town to go there for a walk / meal .. the filming was I have been told regarding the *Stan Wojenny period in Poland* which involved Rioting between the Polish Milicja (Malicia) and Solidarnosc (Solidarity I believe)..
I have vague memories of seeing this on the news in England many years ago.... any way, hope you like it ..it was very good to witness this.

Extra Sub title for this I will add for FT's Corba: Where's the F---ing Jaruzel ? .. I am sure he will understand ;-)

lol ... I am lazy... I guess I relied on my partner taking her camera instead .. but all credit to you and yours it would be easier for me, yes on my behalf ..lack of organisation as always ;-)

Same thing over the batteries with me last week.
Though I always carry a spare set with me... when I came to change them I realised I hadn't charged them up after the last battery change. :-(

Keit was told to stop taking pics of the filming, but the atmosphere in general regarding pics was ok, i think the malicia where all actors and they had soft batons made of foam i think. The Police where there overlooking things, but it was mainly the film crew who did not like pics being taken during filming.. it was ok

I had a "pleasure" of getting stuck in one of those demonstrations on the 1st of May many years ago... carrying a rugsac full of "underground (read: illegal) books" ... got out at the very last moment ...
who needed parachute jumping to get some adrenaline flowing back then.... ;)
