Hi sini - thanks so much - this was my first visit to Devon and I had a great time - Brixham is a beautiful fishing village

Hi mcdonegal1 - thanks so much for your comments - like you I have just bought a new camera (Canon EOS 40d) I took it on hol to Devon but haven't learnt how to use it yet - all photos taken with my Fuji S7000 (batteries held in with shoelace and valued at about £15) .

Wow...just goes to show how good you are at compostion and light to get such good shots. I am enjoying learning (slowly) things about my new camera

Hi mcdonegal1 - thanks for the compliments - I think its mainly down to luck and the right conditions and happy accidents - why is it that the photos you think are going to be the best never are and the ones you don't remember taking are the stars? (Ilol) As you say, its fun learning
