What is that beautiful building in the center?

Hi linnywv - the main building with the dome is the Port of Liverpool building - it is part of the Three Graces (the other 2 are the Port of Liverpool and the Cunard Building (you may be able to see the Liver birds on the top of the buildings) - As you can see it was a glorious day for the return of the boats after 10 months.
