I love this photo in so many ways.
I cant imagine living in such a small place which to my ignorance looks basic.
But they seem happy and content so this photo humbles me and makes me feel overly reliant on technology - especially typing this message on a computer in a room full of modern technology.

I met few clans while doing my National Service duty for the whole of Sarawak in 2004 for 6 mths! Very nice, humble & funny people! Anyhow they're happier than we're!

This is similar to the Mangyans of Mindoro Oriental. I love doing service to these kind of people. Very simple but happy.

got no idea where about this, you went all the way to their dwelling place. they seem to be very happy & delighted by your presence. Indeed they are happy people, semi-nomades, ocassionally pop out of the jungle to trade for salt & sugar. Sago and meat as main source of food. "kita serumpun"..heheheheh!
