visiting Broadway Auto Row
November 6, 2013
One of things that I find especially interesting about this walk is the way that some of the other streets cross Broadway at an angle, and the architects accommodate the resulting odd-shaped corner lots by designing "flatiron" or "pie-slice" buildings.
I like this particular example, where Webster Street crosses Broadway near 27th Street. This is a small but handsome building that hosts a restaurant at the narrow end and an automobile sales dealership at the wider end.
