Visiting the Kaiser Center roof garden in Oakland, California

This garden is on the roof of a five-story parking structure in downtown Oakland, and it's open to the public whenever the building is open.

hi fleur! oh i love this series. i used to work in the kaiser building actually for Kaiser Aluminum & Chemical Corp, or more commonly known as KACC at the time. i also worked for a time in the Ordway building, if they still call it that, it was adjoining the kaiser building with a sky bridge. i loved to visit the roof garden, thank you for these wonderful photographs and memories (of my youth, haha). best regards from a former "city mate", stephanie
